Probably my most favorite fruit of any is PEACHES...........summer brings these wonderful juicy balls of goodness and I look forward to them all winter.........for the past several years a local farmers co op gets a truck load of Georgia Peaches that you can pre order...........and they do not disappoint ............of course I jsut love to slice them up for breakfast every morning with my coffee.........but I think today I will bake something from this Peach Truck cookbook.........I will let you know how and what I do bake.....
