Yesterday morning I peeked inside of the nest and these little guys appeared........they are so small and wiggly but this is the best I could do .........to get the photos we have to open the back door to get the bird off the nest to take the photo through the window really fast and not to disturb them to much........hopefully they will all survive and more photos to come as they do.
It doesn't take long to get back on the nest though........protective!
Hope you all had a great week and looking forward to another beautiful weekend.........stay safe!
We found a brown thruster fledging in my garden area yesterday. Seems to be testing it’s ability to fly and find food. Momma was very watchful as I carried on watering my plants.

There have been so many babies in my yard over the years but still just as exciting and interesting as the first time it occurred. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! This is almost as much fun opening up your posts and anxiously awaiting the baby birds as it must be for you!
Even the robin has that "steel blue" coloring like the leaves near her. That is a shot for posterity. Maybe you can use that in some of your future artwork!
