Holiday Salsa.............I have posted this before but I decided with the holidays coming up this is one to repost!
1 pkg. fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
6 green onions
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2-3 fresh Jalapenos seeded and chopped ( if you like it a little hotter add more peppers)
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
Place cranberries and sugar in food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Transfer to small bowl and stir in onions, cilantro and peppers. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
When serving take out and drain juice from salsa. On a serving plate place the cream cheese and pour the drained salsa over the cream cheese. Serve with your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
Enjoy your day today............
