While on vacation in California I always go to one of my most favorite fabric stores in Morro Bay....called the Cotton Ball! They always seem to have the most wonderful and different fabrics.......I always walk out with fun and unusual goodies. The last couple times I have picked up some of their hand dyed velvets. The muted colors are beautiful and always add that little touch of color and unique look to projects........!

I'm pleased to know the Cotton Ball is still there! I used to go there when my daughter was little and she is 31 now! I remember buying stencils and stencil paints there to decorate little shirts for her! It was such a fun store!
