I mentioned in my post yesterday we celebrated Mother's Day on sunday with my mom, sister, niece and her husband and two kids. When the kids come over we always love to use the driveway to draw and write with chalk.........after they left sunday afternoon we noticed this.......ant jackie! Is this not the cutest....just thought you all would get a kick out of it.........
Some of you wanted the recipe for the brownies from Glitter Market.......here you go, and remember they have NO calories...ha ha!
Snicker Brownie Bars
1 brownie box mix
1 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme
1 cup peanut butter ( creamy or crunchy is fine)
1 11oz. package caramels, about 40 (unwrap them)
1 tbl. heavy cream
1 cup peanuts
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the box. Line your 13x9 pan with foil and spray with pam. Spread the brownie mixture in foil lined pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool the brownies.
With mixer or by hand combine the marshmallow creme and peanut butter. ( you can put the marshmallow creme in microwave for 15 sec. make sure you take all the foil off the rim of the marshmallow creme before putting in microwave.) and spread this mixture over cooled brownies
In microwave melt the unwrapped caramels and cream. Micro for 1 min then stir. Microwve until it is smooth in 20 second intervels. Then drizzle over the nougat layer.
Press the peanuts into the caramel mixture.
Then sprinkle the bars with the chocolate chips. Turn the broiler on and put bars directly under the heat until melted and then spread the melted chocolate chips until smooth. DO NOT WALK AWAY while these are under the broiler.
Let the chocolate cool. You can put in refrigerator to speed this up.
Lift the foil from the pan and cut the bars. Store at room temp. Enjoy! I am not a brownie person at all but these are really good and different!

My mom gave me this succulent.......I love how ruffly it is!
I guess that is all I have to share today! Make it a great tuesday!
