Paper Crown week........

These girls made their mirror/fans in record time...........Wow!  So much fun to be back in the classroom once again.  With Retreat and Glitter Market the classes have been far and few between.  Once we get the kiddos out of school in May we will all have our classes back on track!  We have had several suggestions for summer classes and hopefully we can make them a reality!

I forgot about Girdie...........

I never posted a photo of Girdie's makeover until today when Cindy posted this photo from Savannah.

We were so busy the week of retreat that I think I tried to take a photo the day of and never got a good one so I hope it's ok to use the one Savannah took. She is turned around but as you can see her head is a bird cage filled with twigs......her bodice is moss and the skirt is out of branches and twigs from the yard.  The tie at her neck is eucaluptus pods and some seeded eucaluptus around the bottom of her skirt! A few birds here and there but she is pretty plain this time.  Since we were in a bird theme for the retreat I tried to keep her simple and birdie.............I guess it's time to take the retreat sign down and add something else.......I really wanted a real bird nest to put in the cage but never found one!

mother's day class...........

 

For those of you taking this class Thursday evening April 24 you will need to bring your basic class kit along with a gold leaf pen, if you don't have one Cindy has them at the store for purchase.  You will also need to bring your glue guns and a heat gun.  If you don't have either we have them for you! This class will start at 5:30......see you girls then!
