These are sooooooooo good!
2/3 cup butter room temp
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Beat the butter, sugars, applesauce and vanilla together. Slowly add the flour, soda and salt together and mix until well blended. Then stir in the the chocolate chips.
With a mini melon or ice cream scoop roll the dough into balls and place them on wax paper and put in freeezer for 30-min to 1 hour.
For the dipping sauce I used 3 different kinds of chocolate. I do not like almond bark or the candyquick so I used some chocolate chips, unsweetened bars of chocolate and some milk chocolate hershey bars. Melt this and after the balls are frozen dip in chocolate and return to the refrigerator to set up about 30 min.

1 cup soften butter
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup crisco
3 cups sugar
5 eggs room temp.
1 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa together and set aside.
Grease and flour bundt pan. With a mixer cream the butter, crisco and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and beating well after each. Add the glour mixture alternateing with the milk, beginning and ending with flour. Add the vanilla.
Pour the batter in pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour at or until testing with toothpick into cake and it comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan for 30 minutes until cooled and then transfer to cake plate.I dusted the top of the cake with powdered sugar.
When I served this I whipped up some cream and added some fresh berries and then grated some chocolate on top!
