This was one of the purchases I made from Ruby Rose. She stands 36" x 17 and is worn out around the edges but so sweet with the mother and 2 little girls. It was hanging on the wall and I knew it probably wasn't for sale, but.................it was and I bought it! It is on foam core board and will be hung in one of my guest rooms. Could not resist!
One day we headed north to a little town called Cambria. We came across this wonderful Antique Mall and really found some awesome little treasures..............some of those little treasures will be used in my things I will be making and selling at Glitter Market in November.
this is not one of them............
Isn't she cute.....she is 24" high and is fat and chubby cheeked. So if you ever come to visit and stay in one of my guests rooms she will greet you with that sweet little face.
Had to have a sticker for the VW bug!
If you aren't drooling by now you should be. If you are ever in Central California and want to taste these wonderful cupcakes you need to stop by the Lickety Split in Grover Beach.
This is Al and Jan. Jan's brother Fred was married to my sister Patti (who passed away). They are partners and opened this cupcake shop 6 months ago. It is so cute inside and the cupcakes are to die for. I had the toasted coconut since it is the # 1 favorite!
Last pic of the day:
Only in SLO town would you see a Taxi with a surfboard on top!
Enjoy your monday....................
Too bad we didn't get to hook up while in San Luis!!!! My class was amazing but, intense!!! 2 days 9:30 to 7:00 the first day & 9:30 to 6:00 the next. WOW!!! But, I sooooooo loved it. And the funny thing... we bought cupcakes to take to class in that same cupcake shop!!!! 2 chocolate & 2 pink champagne! What a small world!!!! I'm headed home tomorrow. HUGS!
