Holiday Salsa.............I have posted this before but I decided with the holidays coming up this is one to repost!
1 pkg. fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
6 green onions
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2-3 fresh Jalapenos seeded and chopped ( if you like it a little hotter add more peppers)
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
Place cranberries and sugar in food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Transfer to small bowl and stir in onions, cilantro and peppers. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
When serving take out and drain juice from salsa. On a serving plate place the cream cheese and pour the drained salsa over the cream cheese. Serve with your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
Enjoy your day today............
I always love taking a class from one of our fellow teachers.........last night was a fun evening spent with all these gals with Miss Angie teaching this whimsical Polly canvas......we painted, decoupaged, chalked and added the finishing touches with our favorite velvet...........we all walked away with our finished Polly canvases! It always gets a little wild by the end of class but so much fun with great people we love to hang around with so Thanks Angie for another one of you fun classes.........
Everyone hope you all have a wonderful weekend..........
Every year for Glitter Market I try to make as many Journals/photo books as I can, and always I don't make enough of the Countdown to Christmas Journals........so this year I hope I have enough........one reason I think these are great is all you have to do is add the photos and a few more doodads and ephemera and that's it...... then you can enjoy the holiday season and those memories!
