My last class in 2012 was this 3 layer red velvet cake with 7 minute frosting.........and the polka dot surprise inside..
To end this food post this is what I made for our Christmas dinner at my Mom's house! Of course my mom loves homemade rolls and then I decided to make something light and different for dessert, this pear tart.........I was surprised how light and delicious it was and everyone seemed to really like it since it was so different from the heavy chocolate type Christmas dessert!
One reason I decided to make this tart is I had a box of these......
Harry and David Pears...........these were and are the best pears I have ever laid my lips on!!!! So juicy and flavorful........

Well I think I have covered it all........alot of calories were consumed this year and I am sorry but it sure was fun serving these to all of you! I hope in 2013 I have some more fun/calorie filled goodies to share!

Yum, yum, yum. So glad I was able to partake of some of these goodies!!! I still think your sugar cookies are the prettiest ever and you should really do a class on decorating them...LOL. Thanks for not only teaching us this year but also feeding us. Have a very "Happy New Year"!!!
